Over by Munising they are replacing a bridge and expect construction completed by December 1st. For the past couple years they have been grooming a parallel trail along M28 that would by pass that work if it does not get completed in time.
2 years ago we did a saddlebag from Watersmeet to Copper Harbor to Munising and back to Watersmeet. At that time we didn't run into any closed trails that I recall. Was a lot further of a trip than it looked.
