Poem or Story when your labs passed

When your Labs passed there was a poem or story, can't remember which, but it was very touching. I have a very good friend that just had to put her dog down after 15 years. I read every journal & seem to remember it being in one of them, if you remember the time frame I will go and look for it. She could really use some uplifting words at this time.
