Ski Loops
Bravo,

Good outfit to deal with and price isn't too bad - about $25 apiece.
The loops are obviously intended to fit more than one year and they should fit your 99. I had to drill the rear mounting hole slightly larger to fit my mounting bolts - not a big deal to drill out the plastic.
