Polaris Clutch Broken Bolt

Started up my 2012 Polaris Switchback Pro 800 yesterday...about 2500 miles on sled, all stock. I opened the side panel to add oil and noticed the bolt in the center of the clutch popping out. Shut the sled off and was able to pull the bolt straight out. There were no threads on the bolt so I assume it cracked at the threads. See pics...

Anybody body seen anything like this before? I dropped sled off at Polaris dealer to be worked on this week, but curious as to how this happened. What to make of it??

Thanks in advance guys.

Good news... They were able to pull the clutch off, ordered a new bolt, and it's back up and running.

Many thanks to Ron Hallstrom Polaris in Minocqua/Woodruff. Tim in service department was very helpful.
