Polaris clutch question

Sled is an 06 900 Fusion. What would cause the sled to act as if the clutch is engage at idle. Lift the sled, rotate track a little back and forth, and then will work fine.

Do you have a new belt on it?? Belts do vary in size....is the belt sitting approx. 1/8" above the secondary clutch?? Sometimes before a belt is "broken in" they tend to fit somewhat tight and will cause the problem you are experiencing. Once it is ran a stretched out a bit you should be fine.

I only have bad news for you. Lets see what others say and what you try before I wreck your day with my guess.

Lay it on me polarisrider1. I'm heading back to the garage to try and figure this out in the morning.
