Back in the day we used 1" square aluminum tube. If there are no coolers in the way use the aluminum tube, take the seat off and pop rivet the tube to the tunnel and call it good.

I have 2-2016 600 that I just put them on (at $110.00 a pop , bend over..) and when I was at the dealer I said it looks like hi-fax , so when I received the new one's and assuming something was different "Nope" could have used some good old hi-fax , the only thing you'll need to do is come up with a stop block that goes in the back to keep them from sliding forwards and backwards , I had a old pair of hi-fax from my 06 Fusion (sold that beast last year whoo..) and they slipped right on , could take some pictures if you need

thanks for the info.i was concerned with the length but after thinking about it it shouldn't matter.stock are 50 inches and my hyfax is 44.the height is close if your going 1.400 but should make it .a small nut and bolt going through the hyfax about 6 inches from the back through the tunnel bar rail should work.i notice the hyfax is about .125 shorter in height.$40.00 is better than 115.00.thanks and happy trails.
