3-4 times last year my sled died when it took hard hits. Each time it fired right back up. I know it sounds electrical, but where do I start? I see no loose wiring?

Check your main connections going into the stator.
It is very likely not loose wiring, but wire insulation rubbing through somewhere. Other riders may know the harness better, but I have seen the exact problem on other sleds. Dealers have a tough time replicating these problems in most cases.
Do they run wires under the gas tank on that machine?

put a rubber band around the base of the kill switch, see if it goes away. worked for me!
Yep, that was my guess too. Kill switch going down just enough to activate it and then it pops back up.

Definitely wiring. Check connections to make sure connection locks are locked. Have seen where unlocked connectors cause cut outs. If kill switch is suspected disable kill switch.
