Each year and each size engine has a different one that was included with the owner's manual as a one page "supplement"

I have the ones for:

2001 600

2002 800

2003 800

I can scan + e-mail to you or fax to you

They may be on SnoWest, top of the POLARIS section where there are free downloads of owner's manuals

I will check there and let you know if I don't find the info I need.

Thanks!!!

Dave

Dave, call Peacock LTD. in Baldwin. ask for Ken. he can send over what you need. I suspect it is for the RMK 550 fan you need it for. I have charts just for the liquid cooled 600,700 and 800's from 01 to 05. I told you this sled needed to be rejetted to run in MI.

Looked at the pics you emailed me. I would replace left piston and rings, hone the cylinder and rejet. engine leaned out. note: the roughness and pitting on top of the left piston is melted metal.

Both pistons are getting replaced, new rings and cylinders honed. Sounds like it's been rejetted already, just wanted a chart for reference in case.
Thanks!

Hi Dave B! I was looking for info when I came across this thread, imagine that! Well pistons, rings, gaskets, plugs have all been replaced. The cylinders were fine, they checked them at the shop. Brian has an idea that it might be the wiring to one of the plugs, the side that was bad, after playing with it last night (at 10:30PM in the cold).
He got the jetting chart from Kensington and it was jetted properly for here. If the wiring doesn't help he is going to play with the jetting a bit, tweak it and see if it helps.
I swear I think he's enjoying this.

Polarisrider1, I really appreciate your input! The more minds and experience involved the better!

Anna - I found the chart but sounds like you and I were doing the same thing :)
Hope he gets it fixed. Let me know if he needs help. The Dragon should be done today so...

Brian got the chart from Kensington before it even got to Michigan. He's pretty confident it's the wiring. He had pulled the caps off of the plugs while it was running and one side would still run when he gave it gas. The other side would sometimes run, mostly stall.
OMG, the Dragon is coming home! I'm gonna have to crack the whip to get the sled fixed!
After all this I don't have to worry about the new 509 helmet/goggles, I can't afford them anymore! But without a sled who needs a helmet.
