Will the scheduled repairs to the Portage Lift Bridge to start in December affect snowmobile use this coming winter?

Bridge traffic may be reduced to one lane in each direction for most of the project lifespan.
A 10-hour nighttime closure is planned for Jan. 17, 2015.
An 11.5-hour nighttime closure is planned for March 21, 2015.
Sixteen 2-hour nighttime closures are planned: January 2015 to April 2015.
Approximately 200 15- to 20-minute daytime and nighttime closures are planned: December 2014 to April 2016.
