Positive experience with Klim warranty

My Klim Klimate gloves failed late this season - the fabric wore out and ripped where the base of one of the fingers met the palm part of the glove. The gloves were used for 4 seasons. I ride 8 or so days each season on average, so I probably rode around 30-35 full days with them. Klim replaced the gloves under warranty. I don't know what life I should have expected out of a pair of gloves, but I thought that was good service on their part and will make me more likely to buy products from them in the future.

I had the same issue with mine last season. I had anew pair in a week. Great service for great products.

I have the whole Klim set up and haven't used their warranty but have heard good things. The reason I will only use Klim is that on the warmer days you don't seem to roast. I use to have to crack open the jacket to cool down but now it seems I stay at the right temp all the time.
