Powder hounds

Good morning John. Wondering what happened to the powder hounds from the camera? Are they going to come back this year? Maybe they will bring us good luck.

They were made of a PVC type of material and after standing guard over the snow station for all of those years, they finally gave in to the elements. Legs were falling off and chunks of their chests and backs were breaking off too. So I retired them to a live of luxury.

Been on the look out for another pair. Have even entertained the idea of having a local chainsaw carver make some.
