Has anyone used on line order from Power Sport Super Strore and had good responce?
I had placed an order last Sunday, and it is still processing, has not shipped. The site will not alow me to cancel my order, and I can not get anyone to respond. No one will answer the phone. I have left measages, and emailed, however no responce.
So I did a little research that I probably should have done before placing my order. See link....

Just a heads up to anyone looking to order parts and need them in a hury. You probably will not get them in a hury regardless of what thier site states. I am in the process of disputing the credit card charge.

Update

After days of trying I finally reached a person by hitting redial repeatably for 15 minutes. They had not shipped yet. I was able to cancle the order. I have now reordered the same item through Amazon and should have it tomorrow.
I guess from now on I better do the investigation for reference upfront.

Seems like there are a lot of places like that. I ordered some handguards the other day from amazon using the free shipping and got them on the third business day.

The best thing I do is order oem parts from the nearest dealer. They will beat anyone's price. Then I just pick it up and there's no shipping charge. They're about 30 minutes away.

Unfortunately our dealer does not carry Woody carbides and couldn't order them for us with a reasonable price. Actualy was quite honest and said go on line and get them for a lot cheeper.
