Ya, those can be fun for sure. Been there and done that. Make sure the three allen head bolts are out of the retainer plate. Then try heating the APVs up. Use carb cleaner but don't get to crazy with it. Too much in the bottom of the case is not good. Very hard on the crank seals. Just be patient. When I got my first sled (was used) with APVs, they were so stuck I ended up breaking the cables. Had to make a custom tool to get them out. When you do get them out, get a rag with carb cleaner on it and clean the jugs good.
