I also have a Jiffy pro4 10". This was the first powered auger I've ever purchased and have been very happy with it. I did have an issue where my clutch came apart but was impressed with the warranty process. Stuff happens - and to me, one sure measure of a company is how they deal with problems and this was top notch. Good luck.
