Question about miles from Sidnaw to Big Bay

Does anyone happen to know how many miles it is from Sidnaw to Big Bay by trail going through Lance? Also, is there a place to park a rig overnight in Sidnaw or Kenton? Thank you!

Me and whitedust just did the exact same thing last Wednesday. Parked at the gas station. Trails were outstanding. 15 to L’Anse, 14 over to big bay, took 5 down to koski to top off with gas. then took 8 back to sidnaw.

I drove up last March and asked the person working, they obliged and I tipped $20.
I always tip as it will help offset folks that either park without asking or who buy zero from the gas station.

After big bay we headed east then south made a great loop got gas in Michigamme do not know trail numbers. But get gas in Lanse Big Bay and Michigamme then no issues .

Who says there aren't any nice guys around anymore. Very thoughtful fuji, and good karma never hurts! What goes around, comes around, eh? I had a boss who was a hard learner on that issue, instead he would get angry.

Thanks for the info. My wife loves to do loops that are around 100 miles a day. I think this will be perfect. Trailer to sidnaw, then backpack up to big bay overnight. Next day take the southern loop back to the truck. Is the southern loop around 100 miles too? Thanks everyone for your help.

The entire loop is 197 (call it 200). So figure 100 miles per day so sounds like it’s exactly what you are looking for.
