Question about the lower clutch on polaris

I have a 2007 polaris iq-600 cfi and a 2005 polaris 600 xcsp I was wondering if I need to lubricate the lower clutch bushings where the flapper is or the weight not sure what the correct name is. In the manual it says not to lube it and I was looking online and there are posts out there that say to lube and also not to lube it. I went to a local polaris dealer they said to spary carb cleaner on the bushings. Just wonder if I could get some feed back.

I agree, no lube. My dad used to put a drop of lube on the bushings back in the day on the ole Polaris Tx-C 340s and never really had any problems and things always looked clean, but all I hear nowadays is no lube, just keep them clean, so the carb cleaner route seems to make sense to me.
