Don't know what John will say? But locals calling for 1 40 degree sunny day middle of week. If above freezing sunny day or days + rain to mix happens you know that that means. 
Short term will be huge step backwards but long term sets up a firm base for more snow & grooming. So it will be what it will be & still early with plenty of time to recover in Dec. We just don't want to go back to bare ground & start over from there that would not be good.
