Yep, our local weather guy, said we could have a 74 degree difference from early Thursday morning, to Sunday afternoon, (-28 to +46)? That totally sucks! And to top that off, possible heavy rain Sunday into Monday? WT-! I am going with John's forecast as always, and hoping our cold/snow cover can keep the temps down below the red line so as it will be snow, and not rain! We have the best riding here in one long time now, and don't want to lose it!

You may be right Magnumb! I should have used different wording above, eh?

I had some choice words when I looked at the weather app last night and thought maybe it will change...

I last heard that the cold would stay around just Sunday morning! Yesterday? But, I guess Friday is February, so go figure, eh? It sucks is all I can say! I will go with what John forecast, and it looks good!

I was just talking with a couple of customers (farmers) and they think that they are putting those temps in the forecast just to keep people from going completely insane the next couple days. They don't think it will get that warm...

I watched a few large US models and it seemed like the jet stream was going to moderate for a day. Hope the IL snow pack keeps us colder even though they have great riding right now

Mother Nature giveth, and Mother Nature taketh. :sorrow: Right after we have enough snow to enjoy the trails in Illinois. :mad3: Can't it stay through February? :confused2:

I still like John's forecast (graphic that is)! No red lines above my area! Eureka! But that was until I read the forecast text! It sucks!
