RAM mounted Garmin GPSMap 60csx question

Hi All,
I've mounted my Garmin GPSMAP 60Csx GPS onto my 01 MXZ with the RAM handlebar system. You have to use the belt-clip 'button' from the GPS to secure it to the RAM cradle using a hex tool and screwing it in - no big deal, but the unit doesn't tighten completely and just rattles/vibrates in the cradle; has anyone else ran into this problem, and if so - how did you remedy it?

I have the same set up and mine is tight with no rattles. Sure you have everything together correctly?

Is it the button that didn't tighten up? Mine was stripped out so I JB welded it to the GPS. Mine is very tight in the cradle, almost wonder if I am going to break it getting it out.

I have the same mount but with a ball joint mount to the cowl and mine is super tight.

sounds to me like the screw you are using is to long can you put a washer on to shorten the screw lenght.
