Red HMK backpack left at Redridge dam on Freda loop.

Left backpack there today 3/21 close to road. Way to far away to drive back there and chances are its gone. There were a bunch of people down by the dam. If found please contact me.

Trails were better than expected. The last leg going up to the dam was mostly ice. Some fresh snow this week will do wonders. Trail 3 is in great shape.

great to hear, go north of bridge? would like to start from twin lakes rather then calumet for a shorter drive from cabin.

Whats the closest bar/restaurant from freda loop that someone couldve dropped bag off at? try calling a few in south range or twin lakes.

There were no snowmobilers up there. A bunch of college age looking kids having a party of sorts. So I'm sure someone picked it up.

Sorry Pat, none of my guys were out there this weekend, not sure who the kid was you were talking to that claimed to be a new employee at M&M. If anybody turns anything in I'll let you know.

Thanks Chad. Thats really weird. The kid said he just moved to Houghton for a job fixing snowmobiles. I asked if it was M&M and he said yes. I mentioned your name and he said he knew you. He also said he just got his sled running and now the snow is all going fast. Oh well.
