Red pine mapping

I went with this company because they came recommended from other members however the maps they sent me were missing trails. I compared it to a buddy that had them as well. His maps were accurate. I contacted red pine two times and they will not respond. I wasted $50 and I am trying to let other members beware of their poor customer service. If u are thinking about buying gps maps use a different company

If you are going to complain, add more info. area, what trails were missing, what gps you have, etc. I have and use the maps as reference and not turn by turn. I always carry a paper map and use that as my #1 map source , which aren't always right as some trials change mid season.

That's why I went with VVmapping. I waited nearly a week for a reply on my first contact with Redpine and two other times, got no reply. Jeramey at VVmapping has always replied within 24 hrs including wkends, sometimes replying before I log off my email. And as Chad said, always carry a paper map.

Only trail 2 in the up is on the map. Trail 1 is on the map as well but is missing the section that goes to lake gogebic. My father has the same setup and his is correct. It's a nuvi 500 and of course we carried a paper map but that has nothing to do with not getting contacted back and the gps missing trails.
