Rev 600SDI Engine Light Blinking

My engine light blinks constantly.
I have new plugs and a new battery in it.
It doesn't idle very well.
I tried wiggling the electronic key around.
Anybody have any ideas or had this problem.

The button in the speedo that switches the trip and odo back and forth is probably stuck. Push down on the button and try and rotate it back and forth. It should pop back.

Happened to me last year and I cut my weekend short. Got a hold of the dealer finally and tried that and it fixed it.

I tried a new relay.
The speedo seems to be showing a code 10-9
Now it won't even start. There is no spark.
Any help would be appreciated.

The "10-9" on start up means that it's calibrated for 10 tooth or 9 tooth drivers, or something like that. It is NOT any kind of error code and is normal.

again, put in all new relays 2 or 3 total depending on type of sled... Napa part AR201
I will almost guarantee it's the problem. Let us know what you find out.

If you don't find an answer here, check on DooTalk. There was a post on there about all the woes that a bad ground can cause, that might be the problem.

Voltage regulator and/or wire plug at regulator. I had the same problem last year. The self tapping screws that hold the regulator in, strip out causing a bad ground which causes the wires to heat up and loose contact in the plug. I replaced the regulator installed nuts and bolts to hold it in and my dealer had a replacement kit for the plug. It was a pain to find, but that was the problem.
