Ride In Weekend Plans

I’m coming up for the Ride-In on Wednesday the 28th through Sunday the 1st. I’ll be solo the entire time so I’m wondering if anyone, or any group wants to meet up for different things over the weekend. Obviously Friday night at the Mosquito and the banquet Saturday are on the list, but I’m wondering if people want to head out for a ride, grab a meal, take in a band, or do something else anytime from Wednesday on. I know it’s a little early to make firm plans but I figured I’d start a thread now so everyone could start thinking about it and throw things out. Maybe if there is enough interest we could get a group to meet at the Ramada, or M&M and ride the Poker Run stops one day.

OK, so anyone else starting to make plans? Would be fun to hit a few spots either riding, or when the day is done with some other people from the site if anyone is interested.

xsledder and I are coming up Thursday evening to the Ramada. Probably going to do the poker run Friday. We are from Elgin and Huntley.

Probably will be the only guys there with matching 1998 Vmax 700's.

The family will be up for the ride in Wed-Sun also staying at the Ramada. Might be interested in doing the Poker run one of the days as we have a newby with use this trip so have to see how this pans out. Not sure what tip of riding you do?

I'll be up late Wednesday thorough Sunday, staying across the bridge at the Super 8. Like I've said, I would think it would be fun to do a poker run with some others one day as well. I'm pretty easy going when riding with a group. If I can't keep up I'll tell everyone I'm dropping out. If the group is too slow, I'll just enjoy the countryside and relax along the way with everyone else and if it gets too bad for me I'll just head off on my own without any complaints.
