Riding From Hancock,Wisconsin to Hancock, Michigan

Wow, now thats a ride. I had to look at this thread as I know Mike and Karen from Hancock, WI. They live on the lake there.
Just by road to get to Watersmeet is 169 miles. I would say add 100 miles on trails. Then from Watersmeet to Hancock, MI. I would guestamate 2.5 to 3 hours more going like a bat out of haties (and 1 or 2 belt changes) . 12 to 13 hours with stops and thats only if you know exactly what trails to take and minimal stops for gas and eats. Let the debates begin!!
I atleast took a stab at it. I have always wanted to ride from Farmington, MN to my home town of Tomahawk, WI....some day!!

We have riden from the wausau area to copper harbor many times and back, and that is approx 360 miles, subtract approx 65 miles from hancock to copper harbor, so I hope this is helpful.
Good luck it is a nice easy ride, we have done this one way in a day and then turned around and came home the next. [twice]
