Riding in the cable and Hayward area

Looking for any riders and lodging recommendations in the Hayward/Cable area. I will be able to ride the 28th through the 1st of Feb. Riding style is average to spirited if the conditions are good. Be great if someone knows the trail system in the area. I've never ridden it.
