Paul Wick, co owner of Angler's Haven in Hayward with his brother Bruce Wick, passed away this morning. He was a strong supporter of snowmobiling and put in countless hours making the Hayward and Sawyer County trails better for everyone. He was an avid hunter, sledder and swimmer. He would even swim home after work at Angler's Haven across Lac Courte Oreilles to his house just off the Ring Bars. He was 52. May he rest in peace.

Sincerely,
Spider

Iqman,
They believe he had a heart attack in the middle of the night. He was 52 and appeared in good health. Just goes to show you that anything can happen. Bruce and Paul were really good people and great hosts to their customers. Bruce and Sarah used to live in the back of the bar and Paul in the cabin at the top of the hill. They moved to their houses over by the ring bars quite a few years ago. They were big into snowmobiling, specifically ski doo's.
