Riser for adjustable handlebars on 06' switchback

Is it possible to add a riser on the adjustable handlebars for an 06' Switchback and it still being adjustable? How much could you add without having to replace cables?

I used a 4" on my old fustion, same style adjustable handlebars. I used the 4" ABR by sportech.

Did you have to replace cables? I think I would only need like 2"

I did not have to replace cables, brake lines, or wires, I'm 5'10" so you can use that for what it's worth.
