Roommate/ Off-trail riding partner-Year Around Apt in Mass City

My buddy and I have had our 3rd partner decide not to renew for this year. We're looking for 1 or 2 like-minded partners to join our group and share the expenses of our fully furnished 2 bedroom apt. We ride 90% off-trail. We know tons of LEGAL areas to do so. We're 40 and 50 years old. We don't bar hop but enjoy a brew or two at days end. The price is right! We rent to friends, family and trusted referrals when not using it ourselves. Last year, with 3 of us as partners, after rentals, we got all 12 months of the year for about what we would have spent on 10 or 12 NIGHTS at a hotel. Serious inquiries only! This isn't something that will work for me, but I'm curious as to how this works (sounds like a great idea if it does). Do you manage all the rentals/maintenance yourself or does someone else handle that for you? Can you keep your sleds up there?
