Sand Dunes

I'm looking to head to the dunes, where is the best place to go beside Glamis.

Smaller than Glamis but closer would be SILVER LAKES DUNES, lower Michigan on the Lake, near Shelby.

It gets crowded on weekends during the Summer, but during the week it's wide open.

They do a sound check, don't know if you have an aftermarket pipe or silencer. 10' flag required on the FRONT of your toy, they do sell them in town

Ive heard about the silver lake dunes area. Just how big is it? After going for miles and miles on trails in WI, would I get bored there or? Never ridden in dunes before, but dont wanna waste my time or money on a trip if it aint worth it.

It's good for a day, 2 days max riding I would say

Good hill-climbing, jumps, and drag racing

It's clean, 100% sand, don't know how many square miles it is, but it's NOT super huge

Weekends get crowded and they have this P.I.T.A. "voucher" system if you want to park with your trailer + truck in the main lot, weekdays and outside June-Sept are not an issue.

They're suppose to change the voucher system this Summer, we'll see
