Set up for 2013 arctic cat f800

I just bought a used f800 with 700 miles on it. I'm just wondering what guys are running their front shock pressures at? What's the best set up for the rear suspension? I weigh 185 with all my gear on. I ride fairly aggressive. Just looking for a little help.
