Short cut out of casino?

Just wondering if it is legal/possible to use Bass Lake road north of the casino in Watersmeet as a short cut to meet up with trail 3? It looks like it meets up with FR 5086 which runs into FR 5250.

Just stay off the power lines that run along the road as most of it is all private property until you get to fr5086.
