I was just wondering that because of the following article:
http://www.bnd.com/breaking_news/story/1057292.html
Quick synopsis: two flight attendants are suing the National Weather Service after being injured in "unexpected turbulence"
Now, assuming this doesn't get laughed out of court, does this mean we get to sue for travel expenses if we drive somewhere to sled based on a forecast by John, that doesn't come true?
Would someone please inform these two that what weathermen put out are predictions, not guarantees.
