John, I can't remember the last time I have seen a cold air mass with dew points so low up in Canada like they are right now. Not to mention the high pressure air mass is kind of shaped a little larger than the norm, kind of like a big blob of sorts. It seems like this storm could pull in Atlantic moisture and Gulf moistue at the same time, and with the combination of of this Siberian high, we may have our hands full down here in Chicago. It may be like the blizzard of 79 all over again. Cant wait to see what happens.
