Sidnaw area trail conditions

So, wondering if anybody could give me any insight as to the trail 109 reroute and trail eight, thinking of taking the trail that you can take from sidnaw, take 8 to 15, to 2 west to 107, then back on 8. Would like to do that and wondering if it’s a good choice or not

I can't speak to the current trail conditions as of the last several days, but 8/15 between Sidnaw and L'Anse was horrible a week ago yesterday. I read somewhere that it was better a few days later after the groomer came through and we had some colder temps.

With That said, that route is on my normal "go to" loops and I love those trails. Almost always in good shape. Trail 8 can be hit or miss but that's because it's a major east west super highway trail in that particular area. The trails themselves (especially 107 & 15) are very nice. I would say some of the best in the U.P. Can't go wrong.

I was up that way on Sunday it was fine... the reroute was very nice from Sidnaw to ruseau bar... groomers were out everyday I would think with the colder temps the trails will set back up and get flattened out all over with the mid week lull in traffic ... when in doubt call the Sidnaw station and ask...

On Monday we rode from Pat's Yamaha to Sidnaw on 12/109 re-route and back. Absolutely awesome.
