From Sandy, Karen, Kenny, Wayne and I, we want to thank the Snow Valley Riders Snowmobile Club for sponsoring last weekends very successfull MASTERS Racing Circuit Snowmobile Drag Races in Sidnaw. This club did a lot of work in putting this event on! They did a fantastic job of preparing the entire race sight and the track.
A very special thanks goes out to all of their sponsors! Hoppy's Bar, Clunette Elevator, Jessup Farms, Etna Elevator, Char's Cafe, State Bank of Ewen, Settlers Co-op, Wandersee Funeral Home, Grams Inn, Snowtech Magazine, Settlers Credit Union, Marquette Power Sports, Meyer Yamaha, Adventure Centre, Headwaters Polaris, Peppermill Lodging, and Ewen Building Supply.
I also want to thank Ken McNally of McNally Racing for providing the soundsystem. I really hope that many of you will take part in the Ice Drags in Munising on March 6th. Kenny and his crew are the promoters of this MASTERS Circuit sanctioned race.
We couldn't have had this race without the permission and support of Brad Fredericks of Southern Houghton County Airport. Brad once again allowed us to use his property to hold this race.
We had so many people 'behind the scenes' that were responsible for the success of the races. From the members of the Snow Valley Riders Snowmobile Club to the EMT's to the volunteers at the church...ALL of you should take pride in the races success.
Finally I really want to thank the drivers. The drivers and their crews put on a FANTASTIC show! I hope all of you know how much the MASTERS Circuit appreciates you being a part of the "MASTERS Circuit Family!" You're the GREATEST!
