I don't remember the trail number but does anyone know if the trail through silver mountain area and I think the overlook was called bears den has reopened? was always a nice run but thought there was some washout from the floods that took the linden trail as well

Pretty sure that part of trail is still closed and has the new reroute. I would think you may be able to get to it from one side or the other but not sure which side.

The trail is 109. I am not sure of the status for this season.

The road/trail that goes past the Bear Den is good to go. Just on it this fall with the sxs.

COOL! didn't head over that way last season under presumption it was still closed, not to mention it was during that bitter cold spell and spent more time in cabin than on the trail. Thanks erkoehler!
