Simple Summer Shotrcake

Excellent for berry season....thought some of you might enjoy this
Preheat oven to 350
For Raspberries
Place in a 8" round and at least 2" deep oven safe bowl
1 pint Raspberries
3/4 cup sugar
mix
then sprinkle with 1 Tlbs flour
is separate small bowl mix
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tlbs butter
cream together
then add
1 beaten egg
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
add just enough milk to make a stiff batter
Pour over Raspberries
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes

For Blueberries
1 pint Blueberries
1/2 cup sugar
then sprinkle with 2 Tlbs flour
and a little lemon juice

Mrsrunningbear me and BIGFOOT will be up asap with spoons and napkins and big :) on our faces when we get done sampling that dish . Just leave the Paulding light on for me to get there lol have a great weekend to and THINK SNOW + ROCK +ROLL + FUDGE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need to get to Mackinac badly lol nothing like the fudge they make there YUMMY!!!! ;p also a bakery there makes great cherry fritters to all the cops go there instead of doughnuts lol
