ski doo clutch cleaning?

I had a buddy clean my clutches last year on my 07 renegade X and I forgot how he did it? I have the belt off, but when I started to turn the primary clutch it rotates so you can not break the bolt. I know this is probably a idiotic question but do you take both clutches off and where do you clean them? A step by step instruction would be great. thanks in advance...
