Ski Doo Engine Light

On my 2008 renegade 600 SDI I get four beeps then the engine light comes on. if I stop turn it off and start again, the light is off for a bit and then comes on again. I pulled the plugs they look fine. everything is running good. I do sometimes have to play with the key toggle connection. also my speedometer odometer are not functioning. Could those issues be related. any thoughts?

Could be a # of things triggering the light to come on. I have seen antifreeze leak cause check engine light to come on from loose fittings. Worth a look. Otherwise the only way to narrow it down is have dealer plug it in or else you maybe chasing your own tail for awhile.

I fought the same thing (except no issue with speedo/tach) all last year. It would also go into "limp" mode. Very intermittent. There is alot of talk over on DooTalk. Mine ended up being a bad engine harness. Best bet would be to take it in and have dealer read the codes.
