This is an ""Up North Technologies" LinQ adapter LMP-1 (single accessory).
It was mounted on a 2012 M1100 Turbo HCR. Will fit many different Arctic Cat models: 2013+ F, XF, M, ProClimb, see attached fitment chart or visit their website for more information.
