Ski Doo XP Low Oil Alarm

I have tried to do a search, but can't seem to find anything, most likely from not setting up the search correctly. If you have a link or some info, I would love to read it. I have a 2009 Renegade 800 (ptek) and the low oil light (and annoying beep) is on all the time now regardless of my oil level. I have checked the float and its doing its thing floating in place and not stuck to the bottom. I tried pulling the sensor connection on the bottom of the oil tank, but that didn't stop either the light or the beeping. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Searched Doo Talk and looked through 25+ pages...still don't see anything. I have seen a post regarding floats being stuck to the bottom, but that's not my issue. Would like to just unhook the oil sensor, but apparently I'm not finding the right connection to unhook...

If the sensor has only two wires and unplugging doesn't work maybe jumpering the wires would?

Instead of searching for your answear did you make a post looking for help on Doo forums or call you local dealer.
