Sled Cleanup

Looking for some suggestions on what works best for cleaning the running boards and frame. I have used Mothers with some elbow grease and that seems to work pretty good.

Sledbrite

I used the Sledbrite Products for the first time this year. Both the Aluminum Cleaner and Polish worked very good and I would recommend them. I bought them On-line, none of the local dealers carried it. Here's the link to their website;

^X2 on the aluminum cleaner. Belly pan cleaner is great, too. No experience with the polish.

I used to use mothers and a powerball, but started using whitediamond polish this year and it works great. You can buy it at advanced auto

Does that aluminum cleaner damage the finish on the other type of fasteners on the sled?

I used a product called "toon-brite" to clean a chassis last summer, and it cleaned the aluminum very well, but also removed the coatings on some of the coated rivets and bolts.
