Sled Seat

Last year I bought my 6 year old a Bravo. It was a it weather worn but mechanically in great shape. The only real issue right now is the seat. The cover is split and torn and the foam has a huge crack/rip in it. I planned on replacing the cover for the seat but now seeing the foam issue I am worried I will just tear th new cover if I don't replace the whole seat (I ride it around home too). The sled is in good enough shape that I would buy a whole seat ($400 for the seat vs $110 for the cover) but wondering if there is a less expensive way? Is there a way to glue foam? Replacement t foam from an aftermarket company? Thanks for any help.

How about taking it to a local classic car restoration place? I'm taking my 14 Vector LTX in to a local place to have them add 3" of stiffer foam to make the seat higher and a bit firmer. They will then add material to the existing seat cover where needed.

An upholstery shop (for boats?) would be a good place to start too.
