Sled Sticker/Registration Removal

Is there a good or easy way to get old trail and registration stickers off of a sled? When I try to pull it, the glue portion wants to stay on the sled.

Thanks.

Use a hairdryer or a heat gun to heat it up. If you are careful, a propane torch works too. Should peel right off. If the is any glue left, use gas or thinner to remove the remaining glue.

Goo Gone will get rid of the glue residue, hair dryer or heat gun to get them off.

automotive paint suppliers sell a greese and wax remover that is a prep for painting. I have a gallon in the garage (it's a little pricey if I remember right) but I've had it for years. It's safe on plastic and takes the glue off great. Maybe they sell it in a quart size

I removed 5 trail permits off the side panels and some tunnel stickers for my new Skinz rear bumper. This is what I used, wifes hairdryer and slowly peeled them off. then to get any glue residue that stayed I rubbed some WD40 over glue and it came right off.
Then I noticed a bunch of bark scrap marks all over my flat black windshield, sprayed that with WD40 and those cleaned right up also. used blue shop towels (heavy duty paper towels). DO NOT use "Goof off" it will melt your headlight bezel and then you will have "Bobcat" issues. (long story).

This is good advice!

Staring fluid works great for removing the sticker glue and it wont melt or discolor clear plastic.Do not use brake cleaner or carb cleaner it will melt plastic.
