small engine dyno central mn

does anyone know of a small engine dyno in the central mn area. I am looking for a low horsepower (5-20hp) engine dyno for a project I am working on with my high school students. We are building a super mileage vehicle that we will hopefully get 300+ mpg. we are going to try to do this with a heavy mod 141cc, 7 hp 2 stroke engine. I would like to show the kids the dyno before and after the engine mods.

any help would be great,

Check with The Toy Factory in Alexandria (320-834-8697). There are several kart racing engine builders in So MN and they can probably tell you who has a dyno.
