snow cover maps

When I click on areas of snow cover maps, all except the UP are new (dec12). UP map shows update date of Mar 30.
I read a post you said there was instructions on how to refresh all maps on snow cover main page. I do not see refresh instructions.
Am I the only one? Or do others see the same as me?

When you are on the snowcover page, hit the shift key, hold it and then click the refresh button on your browser. You will then see the latest version of the page, which will have the instructions.

Here are the instructions:
If the maps are showing an old date, you need to force the page to reload. To do this, you can do one of all of the following:
1) Hit and hold the shift key and click on the reload button on your browser.
2) Hit F5
3) Right click on the map, choose to view map in new tab and then use technique(s) 1 or 2 above.
