probably just a flurry or so but that's where we start. It's exciting to know the flakes will be flying and anticipating the first fly is fun. Time to go to work!

Bonnevier, I see you are from Western Springs. I have done a lot of construction work there in Western Springs. It's been a long time but I remember eating at a awesome deli there downtown. I was doing work for LaMantia builders, and Superior Acoustics. What a beautiful area with some incredible homes

Hey thanks Lenny...I grew up in the town over LaGrange Park and moved there from the city a few years ago with the wife. Now 2 kids later we love it!

You probably ate at Casey Market/Deli....they have some really good things, not the cheapest place but great nonetheless.

I know of LaMantia and think I was even sponsored by them back in my little league days...small world huh?

FYI...love your posts, pics, etc... Keeps us flatlanders up to date and dreaming about what might be. We ride the Gogebic area every year and head up your way as well. I am certain that we came across you and your mountain max on the trail.

Let the flakes begin!

Just got done loading posts and signs for the work session tomorrow and Sat. As I was doing so, some flakes floated down from the heavens. :)

Not much more than about 10 minutes of very light flurries, but still very nice to see and gave me a warm feeling all over and sure made doing all that work enjoyable.

Bon Hivar everyone!

It was snowing in Eagle River WI this morning, not much and nothing stayed on the ground but for a short bit it came down pretty good.
