Snow Totals Specific Town in Illinois

Hi John.

My name is Ed.
I live in Tinley Park, Illinois.
I have a question, that perhaps you can offer assistance, pertaining to the weather.

Is there such a webpage that gives specific snowfall totals to a town? I’m asking, for a friend who owns a snow removal business in Crestwood Illinois. He has a contract in Alsip, Illinois..... in the contract it’s stated he is paid based on the exact amount of snowfall accumulation.
Such as 3” or 3.7” or 4.9” etc......
I’ve tried a few searches but am always directed to Chicago-Midway page for snowfall amounts. That’s too far away from Alsip, Illinois.
