Snowies Trip - Leaving 2-12 returning 2-21.

Heading to the snowies this Friday afternoon. Will return sunday the 21st. We are staying at Mountain Meadows cabins just up the hill from centennial. There are three of us heading out(26 year olds). We are taking two vehicles, as we dont have a rig large enough to pull a big trailer. Lodging and fuel there and back would be appx $500. I know this was late notice. We just planned this trip in the last 5 days. We did find a trailer that will allow us to only take 1 vehicle so we are all set. Thanks everyone!

I asked the wife but she said no, you just got back! I think if you had been going for a shorter time I probably could have swung it.

that is a long time to ride! Don't break everything on the first day.

Spend some time when you get there getting to know Chris the owner of MMC, if you are lucky and he isn't too busy he will take you out for some great riding. And if you are having any problems with a Doo not running right, don't waste time trying to diagnose it yourself, ask him first!

We had a guy last week with a stuck choke cable (stuck 1/4 on and causing low end bog). Couldn't figure it out for 3 days, Chris walked by it and figured out the problem. Saved a lot of time!

Have fun Matt. I wish I could make this trip but it is impossible. Let me know if you're still thinking of doing a trip in April... I'll be game.

I am definately making an April trip somewhere. We didnt want to go anywhere too far away this trip, as we do not have the most optimal long range rig for towing there and back. Looks like the snow should be decent!

let me know about april i have a crew cab dodge cummins and would love to try it out west only have a 2 pl enclosed though
