If you have a phone running android or iOS download "Polaris Snow Trails" from what I have found it is pretty accurate.
It has all of the trails in the lower 48 on it overlayed on a google street map, and will put you on it as well.
Best part, the app is free...

It's allowed to make phone calls without your approval or intervention, it can take pictures/videos to see what ever the camera sees and it tracks you. Ah, NO THANKS!
The routes screen you got is because you clicked on the routes button which is directly below the snowmobile icon. Make sure u select the weather tab then the snowmobile icon. There aren't many trails posted in Illinois. Look in wisconsin for all the little red lines. Those are the trails.
